Legendário is an approved 16.3-hand black Lusitano stallion for both the APSL and ABPSL studbooks. At his revision, he earned an exceptional 75-point approval score, exceeding the scores of both his father and grandfather — a testament to his outstanding quality, correctness, and breed type. He is widely regarded as one of the highest-scoring Lusitano stallions in the United States.

Under the training and development of Allison Mathy since 2019, Legendário has risen to the top of the national dressage rankings. He is currently ranked first in the country for Prix St. Georges and Intermediare I among all Lusitanos, consistently earning praise from judges for his power, expression, balance, and remarkable rideability. His combination of competitive excellence and classical trainability makes him a rare and highly sought-after stallion for both sport and breeding.

Legendário’s sire, Dante, was a successful dressage competitor from the renowned and highly prized Afiançado bloodline, known for producing horses of substance, character, and athletic ability. His dam descends from the legendary Xangô, a stallion celebrated for his strong conformation, outstanding temperament, and extraordinary beauty. Xangô successfully competed through I-1 at CDI levels, and his own dam was a four-time Lusitano Exposition Grand Champion, underscoring the depth of excellence in this maternal line.

As a breeding stallion, Legendário is already making his mark internationally. His offspring are being recognized nationally in their respective countries, praised for their elegant morphology, long legs, expressive movement, and noble heads — all hallmarks of his type.
