Lyric Dressage proudly presents: Vaquarius.

Vaquarius, known as Cielo, was one of the finest FEI Level Lusitanos in the U.S. With three beautiful, correct gaits and an outstanding temperament, he exemplifies beauty, athleticism and trainability. Vaquarius is the son of Quarteto do Top and grandson of the Veiga stallions Ufano II and Jaquetao. Jaquetao was approved with an impressive 86.5 points and won many awards for conformation and movement. These bloodlines produce excellent natural gaits, classic conformation, and some of the finest competition Lusitano horses in the show ring today.

Vaquarius' talents were evident in his daily training and ascension through the levels of dressage, now retired from Grand Prix.  Vaquarius was a natural showman: brave, bold and confident at the shows and exhibitions alike. He has won many awards in the IALHA and USDF/CDS divisions. For two years in a row Vaquarius was USDF West Coast Reserve Grand Champion Stallion, and it must be noted he was the only non-warmblood in the entire breeders' championship series both years.

Vaquarius's offspring have the same large bone, strong back and competitive gaits as their sire. In addition they have his kind and willing temperament. Amateur friendly and competitive professionally.
